With backgrounds ranging from engineering to finance to technology to construction, our key personnel have a wide range of experience with large projects both in every stage of development and maintenance. Our management team has been involved in hundreds of government and private development projects valuing as high as $2 Billion USD. They have overseen the maintenance and operations of projects totaling billions of USD in value.

Our team has experience starting, acquiring, and selling companies and has demonstrated success in each stage. Many of the companies started by our management have quickly grown to see 50-100 million dollars of annual revenue. Some have gone public. Others have grown until acquired by large firms, including the likes of Bank of America and Wells Fargo.

With our relevant, transferable skill sets, and strong relationships in the public and private sectors, UCC’s management has come together to create a vessel for investor growth in the renewable energy sector.
