Agreement with United Utilities Authority – United Capital Consultants

On July 18, 2018, United Capital Consultants entered into an Agreement with United Utilities Authority to assist in strategic planning, structuring and capital raising for United Utilities Authority’s pipeline of energy projects throughout Southeast Asia. Under this agreement, United Capital Consultants received the right to obtain equity in United Utilities Authority or directly in projects which will be operated by United Utilities Authority.
