S1 Registration Deemed Effective – United Capital Consultants

On February 14, 2019, at 10:00 AM EST, the S1 registration submitted to the Securities and Exchange Commission by United Capital Consultants was deemed effective, officially initiating their initial Direct Public Offering. 2,000,000 new shares were registered for sale at a price of $5 per share.
